Arlene and I wanted to update you on recent developments at the new International Guest Campus in Bijauri at the Brahmasthan of India. In the six weeks since opening our web site to applications (MaharishiIndiaCourses.com), we have received reservation requests from Governors, Sidhas and Meditators from 21 countries.

Maharishi Vedic Pandits will come to the Course Campus every day to recite an aspect of the Veda appropriate to that day.

In addition to these individual applications, we are pleased to report on a very good idea that has come up; many countries and regions are organizing to enjoy this experience at the Brahmasthan – coming as a group. Organizers in Australia, Canada, England, France, Germany, Latin America, Malaysia and Russia are planning to bring groups from their countries to experience the Brahmasthan, Vedic India.

We are delighted with and want to encourage this idea; it will make travel more comfortable and should enhance the enjoyment of the experience at the Brahmasthan. We are happy therefore to offer a scholarship to attend the Brahmasthan facility at no charge, exclusive of airfare, to anyone organizing a group of 10 or more co-participants. We are updating the site regularly and have recently added photo and video galleries, a calendar of Vedic celebrations and a selection of personal experiences of the Brahmasthan. Then, in the coming weeks, as construction draws to a close, we look forward to showing photos of the interior of the suites. Our progress is moving along nicely with the ordering of furniture, fixtures, high speed internet, back-up generators etc. all on schedule.

Opening the doors this first season marks a milestone for the Brahmasthan project — offering there for the first time in that sublime site the chance for deep experiences of the TM and TM-Sidhi programs, the bliss of listening to daily live Vedic recitations by our dear Maharishi Vedic Pandits and basking in total knowledge tapes from Maharishi. It is also a great fulfillment for us all that we are accomplishing Maharishi's plan to offer this experience for the whole world family.
